New COVId-19 Protocol
Dear clients,
We at Mailloux Dentistry are excited to welcome you back to the practice - but before we do, we want to share a few of the changes we’ve made to our office to protect both you and our staff.
First, we ask that if you or anyone in your family experiences cold or flu-like symptoms (runny nose, cough, sore throat, loss of taste and smell, sneezing, fever, etc.) - please reschedule your appointment for a later date. We will be happy to treat you at a different time when you or your household feels better.
For everyone’s safety, on your return to our practice you will notice the following:
Hand sanitizer stations installed throughout the office
Barriers at the front desk
We ask that you will complete a symptom survey prior to the start of treatment
Call or text us upon arrival and wait in your car for your appointment so we can limit the number of patients in the waiting room
Please wear a mask when you enter the building
We will check your temperature upon arrival
Contactless payment highly encouraged
While these changes may feel strange at first, please know that they are made with you and our staff’s safety in mind. We are looking forward to seeing you back in the office very soon.
